Xperia Z3 launched in Japan

Sony Mobile has today launched the Xperia Z3 in Japan on two of its largest carriers. The Xperia Z3 (SO-01G) is out on NTT DoCoMo, whilst the Xperia Z3 (SOL26) has landed on au by KDDI. Softbank is also expected to carry the Xperia Z3, but not until late November. All three models will carry 32GB of internal storage, versus 16GB for the international models.
