New Games For July Will Have Luna Subscribers Racing To Play

Amazon continues to forge ahead and add new games to Luna via the Luna+ channel, and the month of July should have subscribers racing to play the upcoming available titles.

While Amazon isn’t adding nearly as many games every month as say, NVIDIA with GeForce NOW, it’s still adding some quality titles. For July, Amazon has three big games coming to Luna that are worth the $5.99 a month that it costs to subscribe to Luna+.

Last month, Amazon added DiRT Rally 2.0, Killer Queen Black, and Yakuza 0. All of which are also good titles. This month, one of the games isn’t too far off from one of last month’s releases.

Amazon adds DiRT 5 and more to Luna for July

DiRT 5 is the most recent game in the series, and was launched in 2020 for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X / S, PC, and Stadia. It was also promptly made available through GeForce NOW as a day and date release, and now Luna has the game too.

Even if you didn’t dive into DiRT Rally last month, you don’t need to have played it to enjoy DiRT 5. As the two games aren’t really tied together in any way through a cohesive story. It would however at the very least probably make you more familiar with how the DiRT games work.

In addition to DiRT 5, Luna is also getting Saints Row: The Third – Remastered, and Valkyria Chronicles 4 Complete Edition. All three titles are vastly different in their gameplay and genre, so playing a little of each will give you a way to branch out and keep things fresh. Or you could work your way through all of them. As a month would probably be enough time to beat all three.

The games won’t be all be available right away

If you were planning to hop in right on July 1, you’re going to have to adjust your plans. Both DiRT 5 and Valkyria Chronicles 4 Complete Edition aren’t launching until later in the month.

Saints Row: The Third – Remastered meanwhile doesn’t have an exact release date listed. You’ll be able to play Valkyria Chronicles 4 Complete Edition on July 8, and DiRT 5 on July 15.
