Most Expensive Galaxy Z Fold 3 Model To Offer Plenty Of Storage

The most expensive Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 model will offer a ton of storage, it seems. This information surfaced on Twitter, as Samsung seems to be planning to announce a 512GB storage variant of the device.

The Galaxy Z Fold 3 with 512GB of storage may be available globally

The good news is, this variant won’t be limited to China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. The Galaxy Z Fold 2 also arrived in a 512GB storage variant, but that model was limited to the aforementioned countries.

The Galaxy Z Fold 3 with 512GB of storage will be available globally, it would seem. The device probably won’t offer a microSD card expansion, but not many people will complain about that considering that it will offer a ton of storage.

Now, a 12GB RAM variant of the phone with 256GB of storage will also arrive. That may actually be the base model of the device. We’re not sure if the 512GB storage option will offer 12GB or 16GB of RAM, but the latter is a possibility.

The phone is expected to arrive in August

The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 has been in the rumor mill for a long time now. The device is expected to arrive in August, alongside the Galaxy Z Flip 3, its sibling. The Galaxy Watch 4 and Watch Active 4 are also expected to arrive during that event.

The Galaxy S21 FE was rumored to launch during the same event, but it seems like its launch has been postponed. The chip shortage may be to blame, but we’ll see what will happen. Nothing has been confirmed just yet.

Samsung is not planning to announce a Galaxy Note handset this year, so the Galaxy Z Fold 3 is expected to step in, in a way. The phone will support an S Pen stylus, and may even ship with one.

The Galaxy Z Fold 3 is also expected to be considerably more affordable than its predecessor, at least if the rumors are to be believed. While we wait for more information on the device, check out our preview.
