Huawei is getting ready to launch their P8 flagship. The company has already scheduled the event in London on April 15th, and considering a ton of official teasers and unofficial rumors and leaks, we can say for sure that the company will launch the Huawei P8 on said date. That might not be the only announcement by the company on said date though, the Huawei P8 Lite naming has been thrown around a lot lately. Earlier today we’ve even shared a leaked render of the device itself (along with the P8’s render).
Some additional Huawei P8 Lite images leaked in the meantime, this time around we’re talking about real life images, not renders. If you take a look at the gallery down below you’ll get to see 4 images showing two colors of the Huawei P8 Lite from both its front and back side. These images actually come with some specification info as well, according to which the device will feature a 720p display and sports a 2,200mAh battery. The info also says that the Huawei P8 Lite will measure 143 x 70.6 x 7.6mm and weighs 132 grams, while a micro SIM card has also been mentioned. This device is also expected to sport 2GB of RAM and ship with Android 5.0 Lollipop with Huawei’s Emotion UI on top of Google’s OS. 13 and 5-megapixel cameras have also been mentioned in previous leaks, and will reportedly be located on the device’s back and front, respectively. If you take a look at the images down below, you’ll also notice a dual-LED, dual tone flash next to the rear-facing camera sensor.
Judging by the images that leaked thus far, this handset will also sport premium build, just like the Huawei P8. The two devices also look the same according to the available info, the P8 will be somewhat bigger though. This China-based company will quite probably announce both of these handsets on their April 15th event in London, even though we can’t confirm that at this moment. Either way, the event will take place in a couple of days, so stay tuned for that.
