Interested in seeing what it was like to open Motorola’s mystery box? The device that was inside might not be the most exciting, but it sure was a cool way for the company to announce their latest handset without having to drag anyone to a pesky press conference.
Aside from miniature Rick Osterlohs, a name tag and a fake stage, the box also held the Motorola Moto E 2015. It’s a sizable upgrade to last year’s model with the addition of a Snapdragon 410 quad-core chipset, a front-facing camera to go along with the 5 megapixel rear camera, 4G LTE and 8GB of internal storage.
You can read more about that here, and take a look at the photos and videos above and below if you want to see it in the flesh. We’ll be putting this thing through its paces, of course, so you’ll want to stay tuned for added coverage of the device in the days to come.
