Nook brings AudioBooks to Android
It’s probably safe to say that Audible is the king of AudioBooks when it comes to Android. But Barnes & Noble is looking to change that with their Nook AudioBooks app, which launched this week in the Play Store.
TeamViewer Gets Updated, Supports 4K Monitors now
This week, TeamViewer also updated their app. For those that don’t know, TeamViewer is a very popular remote desktop app, that is also used by a lot of IT departments to help you fix issues with your computer. Well it got updated this week to support 4K monitors and a bit more. Here’s the changelog:
- Improved zoom
- Support for 4K monitors on remote side (remote side requires TeamViewer 10 too)
- New app icon
- Various other fixes and improvements
Dropbox for Android Now Supports Microsoft Office Docs
So now you can edit Microsoft Office documents stored in Dropbox right from the Dropbox app. And save it back into Dropbox. It’s pretty cool actually.

HTC Releases the RE Camera app into the Play Store
With the RE Camera going on sale today in many places – as well as the Desire EYE – HTC has launched it’s RE Camera app into the Play Store. From there you can control your RE Camera including the pictures and videos that come out of it. It’s a pretty simple app and it looks great.
Pocket Goes Material

Another app that has joined the material design rankings is Pocket. In version 5.7, it goes full material and does it look great. It doesn’t really change the way Pocket works, it’s just more material then ever before. Which we can live with.
