If you recently picked up an Xperia Z3 on T-Mobile US, then we wanted to remind you to claim your free digital copy of Driveclub on the PlayStation 4. To do this you must complete this online redemption form by 19 November and upload pictures of your IMEI number from both the Xperia Z3 box and sales receipt.
Sony says that it will then email the Driveclub promo code by the end of November 2014. If you want to take part in the promotion, then you will need to have purchased an Xperia Z3 through T-Mobile by 4 November 2014.
