The first major improvement over our last generation store is the inclusion of our NZXT Account single sign on protocol. By using your NZXT Account to sign into the store, you can truly have one account, all of NZXT.
On the surface, you can easily tell that the new store has undergone a slight facelift, with easier navigation and more details on each product making it incredibly easy to get the information you need about case compatibility or features on the fly.In the same spirit of usability, our store is now directly connected to our new customer support platform, the NZXT Support Center, making requests for returns, exchanges, or RMA/warranty service easier than they’ve ever been.
We are also excited to announce that we will begin accepting Canadian orders on launch, with shipping via FedEx slated to begin immediately.
