Sony Mobile has updated the TrackID application to build number 4.3.B.6.1 and introduced a number of changes including the option to sign in with Google. This is important as Sony has confirmed that the Sony Entertainment Network sign-in will be removed shortly. If you want to carry on backing up your history, then you will need to log into TrackID using Facebook or Google.
Other changes include the ability to tracks found in TrackID LIVE, Text search and Charts to your history. A “New and rising” tab has also been added to the chart section. The update is currently live on the Google Play Store.
