Small update (10.7.A.0.228) certified for older Xperia Z series; most likely Stagefright fix

A new Android 5.1.1 Lollipop firmware update will soon be heading to the older Sony Xperia Z series, as build number 10.7.A.0.228 has just been certified by the PTCRB. This new firmware version compares to the current 10.7.A.0.222 build – we expect that the minor change in build number will lead to a Stagefright patch. The update has been certified for variants of the Sony Xperia Z, ZL, ZR and Tablet Z. We’ll let you know once the update starts to roll.
