‘Hopelessness’- A Soul Stirring Love Story That Will Move You To Tears

She was the first thing my friends and I noticed when we walked through the doors of the building.

I see a few men eyeing her, like a pack of testosterone filled wolves, waiting to pounce on her at even the slightest hint of opportunity.

Naturally, I walked over to her to test my chances. My heart began to race and my breath quickened. I could feel butterflies.. no.. a stampede of oxen rampaging in the pit of my stomach.

As I get closer to her with each step, everything around me and all my thoughts seemed to have vanished. All I saw was an eternity of darkness around me, with the only lit path leading towards her. Being closer to her now, I was finally able to better see her features.

I coyly stood near her, drowned out by the men who were there with me. Each one admiring her beauty though none dare approach her. She was clearly above the league of every person present in the building. She didn’t even pay any attention to me.

Clearly I was not good enough for her. Even I came to terms with that.

Her beauty assaulted my sense and numbed my mind. She was more beautiful than the goddess of beauty, Aphrodite herself. Never before have I ever imagined that such mind bending, soul stimulating, confidence crushing beauty existed.

Her eyes were aggressively beautiful yet calming. She gave out an aura of sheer dominance, making it clear to everybody in her presence that they are not worthy of her attention.

She was ridiculously curvaceous. Every single curve on her body refreshingly stimulated my senses. She had an ass, sculpted to perfection. There was not a single flaw about her.

She was hotter than the Fire Nation- she was perfect, a masterpiece that would be anchored forever in the realms of fine art.

Is this the legendary.. love at first sight?

My friends soon catch up with me and join in on my appreciation of her unparalleled beauty. One of them tells me “ You can’t get her bro. Don’t even dream about it. You’ll only hurt yourself. She’s literally unattainable; for guys like us at least.” . A part of me wanted to turn to him and argue with his statement but another part of me realised that he was right. She was out of my league. My heart sank.

Me and my friends turned around and walked towards the exit, leaving her surrounded by men with obvious intentions. I turned behind one last time to look at her; the beauty that I will never call my own. I felt devastated and disappointed at myself for not being good enough.

I walked out of the building, emotionally crushed. My friends try to console me but it’s no use.

I was hopelessly in love

with the Lamborghini Aventador.
