Granted, if you’re paying $80 for a device like this, you’ll want to know what you’re getting. First of all, the body is stainless steel and there’s a spoon magnetized to the side, so you’ll never have to hunt in your desk for a soup spoon again.
Just as important, though, is the cork stopper. Paired with silicone and polypropylene, the stopper is patterned on old methods of retaining heat and will last for years. Furthermore, it’s biodegradable, so if, say, it gets run over by a truck, you’ll be able to recycle it without guilt. But, hopefully, you won’t have to deal with the tragedy of your lunch being run down in front of you.

It’s true that you could probably go cheaper with your lunch containment, but you can’t get classier. Besides, how often have you had soup, but no spoon to eat it with? Always having a spoon on you is worth the price alone.
