“What’s New” (3.1.A.0.0) intros new widget design and ability to refresh ‘Updates’ view

Sony Mobile has updated the “What’s New” application from build number 3.0.A.0.3 to version 3.1.A.0.0. Sony has made small tweaks to the UI as well as adding the ability for users to refresh the ‘Updates’ view. Sony has also updated the widget with a new design. The 5.7MB update is rolling right now.
