Huawei just sent out a round of invites to a press event for US press that is taking place on June 2. That’s the week following Google I/O, in case you were wondering.
What’s in store? Good question. The invite tells us to “see what we’re unlocking next,” so I would imagine an unlocked phone of some sort. It could be the P8 for the US or something budget-friendly, although we just got the SnapTo a month ago.
If you were hoping for Huawei’s rumored Nexus, let’s not get ahead of ourselves. This event is taking place June 2, not November, where Google would be more ready to talk about its next flagship phone.
