Hi everyone – Just over one month ago, we announced PlayStation HEROES – a brand new app for the PS4 that lets you purchase digital content like themes and games to support charities and enter for a chance to play video games against celebrities. With your help, we’ve successfully donated over $300K for our charity partners! In addition to that, I’m happy to announce that we’ve selected a winner who will fly to Los Angeles to play MLB 15 against Yasiel Puig in his own home. Thrakadral, this will be your chance to tell your friends that you struck Yasiel out and your PS Heroes’ donations all went to benefit the V Foundation for Cancer Research – an incredible cause.
Of course, this is just the beginning for PlayStation HEROES. We are holding a new event every month. And from now until April 21st, you can purchase from a whole new set of themes in the app to support Make-A-Wish and enter for a chance to play against Snoop Dogg in FIFA 15.
