Meizu has held company’s ‘Connected’ press event today, where the announced the M1 handset, along with some smart gadgets and the LifeKit mobile platform. We’ve already covered the announcements for all this, but were able to acquire some additional images in the meantime, so a gallery seemed like an appropriate thing to do. Keep in mind that these are not hands-on images though, but the images of the device which company released through various channels. The image should give you a good idea how the device looks and give you a good look at all the colors that are available in China for this handset. This is basically the smaller version of the M1 Note handset as far as the design goes, so if you’re familiar with that phablet by Meizu, you basically know how this thing looks like.
Meizu M1 features a 5-inch 720p (1280 x 768, 300ppi) display along with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage (expandable via microSD card up to 128GB). This thing is powered by MediaTek’s MT6732 quad-core processor clocked at 1.5GHz and ships with a 2,610mAh battery on the inside. 13-megapixel camera is located on the back of this handset and is flanked by an LED flash, and a 5-megapixel snapper can be found on the front of this thing. Android 4.4 KitKat comes pre-installed on this device with FlymeOS on top of it, of course. Meizu M1 measures 140.2 x 72.1 x 8.9mm and weighs 128 grams. The device will be available in Green, Yellow, Blue, Pink and White color options and costs 699 Yuan ($110).
