Having all of your devices linked up to simultaneously sync up is a wonderful gift. Having that gap bridged between all of your devices keeps everything together and allows you to move from your computer to tablet, or straight to your phone if you’re on the go. It was only a year ago when they rebranded their AllShare Play Service called Link. Now Samsung has stepped back in and enhanced the platform even more with a new design and updated software.
As we already know, Link allows you to fill in that empty void that’s in-between your devices by letting you move folders and any other media across your Samsung phone, tablet, computer or TV. The process is rather simple, all you need to do is sign into your Samsung account and each device becomes part of your registered network. From there, you can share folders while away from home or on your current local network. Downloading photos from your phone has never been easier because now you can be on your tablet on an island in Cancun transferring beach shots to your home computer. You can also stream videos to your TV or transfer all of your favorite music to your computer or tablet and have those device’s ready when you get ahold of them.
In addition to the simultaneous sharing, Link also has auto-upload if you don’t want to manually do it yourself. Samsung has also added Cloud storage so you can store whatever you need in the cloud for access anywhere. Samsung’s updated Link service has made syncing content easier and more efficient. The Electronics Giant has even gone a step further by creating detailed tutorial videos to aid you in syncing your devices to the new and improved platform.
