Google sent out a Google+ post today rife with details about the upcoming Project Ara devices. One of the big pieces of news is the announcement of two chipsets that will be used with some of the current designs. The chipsets are the Marvell PXA1928 and NVIDIA Tegra K1, the SoC inside the Nexus 9.
Other information was in the post as well, like an ETA for the Spiral 3 prototype (spring,) and soon-to-be-coming new switch and bridge frames for the devices from Toshiba.
The developer conference is quickly approaching, but there are still slots open if you decide to go. Register here.
