This is powered by a Snapdragon 888 5G chipset, 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage on board. Not necessarily the most high-end smartphone on the planet right now, but still pretty speedy.

This year, the Galaxy Z Flip 3 is also a lot more rugged than the previous model. The phone is now water-resistant at IPX8. That means it’s only water-resistant and not dust-resistant. The ultra thin glass on the Flip 3 is also more durable and won’t scratch as easily. That is definitely a good thing now.

For many, the Galaxy Z Flip 3 is going to be a really impressive smartphone, and likely their first foldable device. And if pre-orders are anything to go by, this might be the most popular non-iPhone sold in 2021. As it has already outpaced the Galaxy S21 that Samsung released back in January.
