AH Weekly Poll: Would You Consider Buying The HTC One A9?

The HTC One A9 is all but official, but only because HTC has yet to officially announce the upcoming smartphone. When it comes to the matter of existence, the phone has been leaked numerous times at this point with images showing off the design, as well as hardware specifications letting the public know what to expect from HTC’s latest smartphone. Although the specs aren’t official yet either, what’s known about them so far gives a pretty good idea of how the phone will stack up. It’s stated to come powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 620 CPU and the Adreno 405 GPU, along with 3GB of RAM.

There doesn’t seem to be any details regarding the battery size, unfortunately, but it shouldn’t be too long before those details are known as HTC are expected to unveil the phone on the 20th at their event in New York. In terms of screen size, the HTC One A9 is said to be equipped with a 5-inch display with a Full HD resolution, come with 32GB of internal storage space, and come with a 13MP rear-facing camera and a 5MP camera on the front although it’s been stated to have a 4MP FFC as well so this particular specification is still unclear. HTC is also said to have packed the phone with Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box, and although this is still uncertain as well, it make sense given the timing of the device. When it comes to the cost of the phone, leaked prices for Europe peg it at a possible $688 based on the exchange rate, but that price would most likely come down for official U.S. pricing to reflect the market for devices here. Based on these details so far, would you consider buying the HTC One A9?
