Video Beta update brings new design, light theme and “My Stream” video content (9.4.A.0.4.beta)

Sony Mobile updated the beta version of its Video application last week, moving it to build number 9.4.A.0.4.beta. The update brought about a number of significant changes including a change to the user interface introducing a tabbed view with your personal videos in “My Library” separated by “My Stream”.

“My Stream” content includes video content such as movie trailers and podcast videos. The other main change is a light theme, similar to that introduced to the Music Beta application earlier today. Other changes brought about through user suggestions includes showcasing all videos in the to screen and moving the settings menu to the drawer list. Overall, it’s a large update, which you can download by joining the Google+ Sony Video Beta.
