SparkBlocks Brings Modularity To Speakers

If you’re not an audiophile, speakers can be intimidating, or even infuriating. Maybe you don’t care about woofers and tweeters, and just want an all-in-one speaker that doesn’t suck. Maybe you don’t want to spend a fortune on desk speakers, but your choices are either discount-bin beige junk or overpriced sound systems you’ll never use. SparkBlocks wants to take that frustration away by giving you a system you build yourself.

In Stereo

The fully modular system lets you, quite literally, build whatever you want for a stereo. It all starts with the main block, but from there, you can add anything you imagine. Smart controls? Equalizer? Woofers and tweeters? Visualizers? Bluetooth? Spare batteries? USB functionality? All of this is stuff they offer, by the way, and you can click it all together like a Lego set, in any way you want, in any shape you want. You can even attach bright LEDs to it to serve as a lantern, and a bike mount and a handle mount mean you can take your blocks to go.

Mod Sound

While modularity may come off like something of a tech fad, in truth, being able to build your own system is fairly important. Too often, especially in sound, what’s trendy and what might move units dictates both the quality you actually hear and the often inflated price you’ll pay for it. So, if you just want good, small, portable sound, SparkBlocks will let you build exactly what you want to hear.
