Beta users of Sony’s Walkman application had already seen the name renamed to “Music”, but now it is the turn of the regular users sticking to the stable releases. Build number 9.0.0.A.0.1 (from version 8.5.A.3.3) has landed changing the name to “Music” and bringing various other changes. This includes moving the settings and play queue to the navigation drawer, along with a faster startup time and a reduced app size.
If you are on the beta releases, then you might want to check out the latest 9.0.1.A.1.0 build number introducing a new landing page and the addition of a shortcut to the Podcast app to the drawer.
