HELLO! KITTY KITTY! Fans of the much-loved character from Japan might want to book their flights to Hong Kong, where the world’s first Hello Kitty Chinese restaurant just opened! The menu consists of food inspired by the cartoon character such as the Hello Kitty apple chicken rice, Hello Kitty sweet and sour pork rice, and Hello Kitty fried noodles. But a must-order here is the adorable Hello Kitty buns which costs between HKD42 – HKD62 per plate, it comes in a variety of flavours including custard, red bean, and shrimp dumplings. But don’t just go crazy Instagramming pictures of the food, the whole café is a delight too, complete with Hello Kitty-themed decorations from the furniture to the utensils.
