Sony SCR30 Style Cover Window for Xperia Z3 Plus

Sony Mobile had already announced the Style Cover Window SCR30 for the Xperia Z4 in Japan, therefore it will be no surprise to learn that it will also be heading to the Xperia Z3+. The case works similarly to the Style Cover Window SCR24 for the Xperia Z3, it provides a smart window feature that allows users to access important notifications or to control media without opening the cover.

Interestingly, one of the press pictures (see below) for the SCR30 suggests that the cover will also have a hole for the front-facing camera. This is not present in the other renders, so we’ll have to wait for the final version to see what turns up. The case adds 40 grams to the weight of the handset and is made from PU leather. Expect it to launch along with the Xperia Z3+ next month.
