Sony DK52 Micro USB Charging Dock for Xperia Z3 Plus

Now that Sony has given up on the magnetic pins/charging seen on the older Xperia Z models, we were wondering whether it would bother releasing a dock for the Xperia Z3+. Well it has in the form of the Micro USB Charging Dock DK52.

As the name suggests, this is simple a micro USB charging dock for the Xperia Z3+, it offers no bells and whistles that we can tell. It would have been good if Sony made the dock Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0 certified, but this doesn’t seem to be the case. The Micro USB Charging Dock DK52 will come with three charging dock attachments to fit both a naked Xperia Z3+ and handsets where a case is being used. We don’t have any pricing information on the DK52 dock, but expect it to launch next month.
