The new Smart Bluetooth Speaker BSP60 combines Sony’s unique approach to style and portable electronics, integrating multilingual voice control, NFC technology, wireless music playback, hands-free calling and personal alarms.

Voice controls on the speaker are designed to help multi-tasking by allowing users to perform common tasks like answering calls and reading (or in this case listening to), messages hands-free⁵. Ask simple questions such as “what’s the weather like?” and the speaker can literally speak the answers back to you in any one of eight languages². Whilst voice control represents a new level of interactivity, BSP60 doesn’t just interact with the user. It can also become part of the music experience with a new, fun, dance mode that sees the speaker dance in time to the music it is playing.

BSP60 isn’t just a long list of new technologies though, it also includes previously seen technologies such as one-touch NFC pairing, the simplest way to connect your smartphone and access a world of wireless music and hands-free interactivity.

More than just a portable speaker with a wake-up alarm, BSP60 features a personalised information and alarm system that will let you know when it’s raining and remind you of the meetings you’ve got for the day ahead.
