Lenovo‘s hotly anticipated successor for its Vibe Z2 Pro, the Vibe Z3 Pro, has had its image hit the Internet before it was supposed to be unveiled next month during Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2015. And it looks gorgeous (especially that backside)!
The photos were released by Chinese blog, Weibo, who spared no angle when they got their hands on the device.
Lenovo had a crowd favorite last year with the Vibe Z2 Pro. The 6-inch device packed a heavy arsenal of flagship specifications, the biggest of which was the Quad-HD display and a tremendous battery.
Interestingly enough, this time around, Lenovo has gone against the grain and opted to shrink the device down to 5.5 inches. Don’t fret, though, as it will still be featuring that Quad-HD display.

Another holdover from the Vibe Z2 Pro is the metal chassis. I really liked the design elements of the Vibe Z2 Pro, and I have to say I still like them a little bit better than this iteration, simply because there is a lack of color this time around.
As you can see from the photos, the backside of the smartphone highlights that there is a distinct focus on photo and video capturing. Similar to what we saw with the Nexus 5, but more emphatic, the rear of the device’s aesthetics are in landscape format. This coincides with the rumors that the Vibe Z3 Pro will come with a 16 megapixel with optical imaging stabilization (OIS) and a Tri-LED flash on its rear shooter. Also, as you can see from the photos, there’s a dedicated camera button.
Like I said, the device is stunning. I wonder if Lenovo product engineer Ashton Kutcher had anything to do with it? Just kidding.
