~ MamakTalk ~: Is This The Metal Frame Of Samsung’s Upcoming Galaxy S6 Flagship?

Samsung has already sent out invitations for their Unpacked event in March. The event will be held on March 1st and the company is expected to announce the Galaxy S6 at that press event, though additional device(s) is possible. We’ve seen a ton of rumors mentioning all kinds of Galaxy S6 designs and that handset’s spin-offs, it’s kind of hard to differentiate between them and figure out which ones are real. The event is less than a month away, and the leaks are not stopping, they’re even more frequent now. We have something new to share with you, so if you’re interested, read on.

The alleged Galaxy S6 metallic frame has surfaced. We, of course, cannot confirm that this is legit, but all the ports in the frame seem to be in the right place. Camera and LED flash cutout is there, same goes for the heart-rate monitor which will probably be placed on the back once again, unless of course, that is the fingerprint scanner cutout there. As I said, we’re only guessing at this point and don’t have much to work with to be quite honest. These images appeared on Weibo (Chinese social network) first, as NoWhereElse.fr mentioned in the article, but they did not provide a direct link to the source though. If previous leaks and rumors are to believed, the Galaxy S6 will feature a 5.2-inch QHD (2560 x 1440) Super AMOLED display along with 3 or 4GB of RAM and 32GB of expandable in-built storage. Samsung’s Exynos 7420 64-bit octa-core processor is expected to power on this beast along with Mali-T760 MP6 GPU for graphics. 20-megapixel camera is expected to show up as the device’s main shooter, and a 5-megapixel camera will quite probably be the dedicated front-facer. The 4G LTE connectivity will of course be available, and the device will allegedly support Cat.10 connectivity speeds. Fingerprint scanner will probably make a return on this device, as I already mentioned, though I hope it will function better at launch this time around. The Galaxy S Edge handset with a curved screen on the sides has also been mentioned in the leaks. Keep in mind that these are just leaks / rumors, we’ll find out everything on March 1st in Barcelona.
