Then you belong to a community of 300 million people every month who take and share photos on this popular app. Instagram has revealed the top destinations people tag around the globe. It comes as no surprise that Disneyland in California takes the top position and rounding out the top ten list is the Dubai Mall, which is currently the world’s largest shopping centre. Other entries include last year’s number one and now in fourth place, Siam Paragon in Bangkok, and New York’s Times Square, which dropped from second place to third this year.

HONG KONG GETS ITS WHEEL Top cities around the world have their own observation wheel, from Chicago to Singapore and from Tokyo to London. It’s rather surprising that Hong Kong took so long to get its very own. But fret not; it has officially opened for the public this month. The giant wheel is located at Central Harbourfront and no doubt you’ll get a spectacular view of Hong Kong’s cityscape. With 42 carriages, this 60-metre-tall Ferris wheel is set to draw in a million visitors a year. So, will this be part of your itinerary when you visit Hong Kong?

UNDERWATER IN DUBAI Dubai has the world’s largest mall and the world’s tallest man-made structure. Adding to the list of these superlatives is the largest underwater attraction in the world. Billed as the Pearl of Dubai, this underwater attraction will include scuba diving and snorkelling in a space that stretches across five acres off the city’s coast. The best part? It will be modelled after the mythical Lost City of Atlantis, and designed by set designers of ‘Avatar’ and ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’. And this can only mean one thing–; it will be out of this world!More gadget review in www.38today.com.
