VLC’s been working on their WP8 app for a long time. We’ve seen screenshots but no direct image/video possibly of it working on those devices.
Here’s one. Fingers crossed it appears soon! Imagine if this developer felt the same way as Microsoft that they should just not bother and work on the W10 stuff instead :/.
Kudos to devs still supporting WP8 and may their apps continue in popularity to W10.
